DescriptionThe Graphic Design Lead will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our fast-growing supplement brand. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker who can balance aesthetics with performance, creating high-impact designs for digital marketing, e-commerce, retail, and Amazon. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop compelling designs that drive understanding, enhance brand storytelling, and improve the shopping experience. Your work will be instrumental in acquiring new customers, strengthening brand recognition, and contributing to measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling designs for a variety of purposes across digital and print, including product packaging, physical displays, marketing collateral, ecommerce content, and static advertisements.
- Support brand consistency across creative deliverables, maintaining and evolving the brand’s visual identity as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into impactful designs.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, sketching initial concepts and refining designs based on feedback.
- Support packaging designs, working closely with product and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining visual appeal.
Requirements - A strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creatives, social media content, and e-commerce product visuals.
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably for an ecommerce brand or agency.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or marketing teams focused on performance and brand growth.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for high-quality design work.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly.
- Comfortable articulating design choices with strategic reasoning, tying decisions to brand goals and user experience.
- Ability to execute high-quality designs on tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- *Preferred additional qualification: Experience with Figma for collaborative design workflows.*
