Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8:00-5:00pm PST)

We are growing our Shared Services team and currently have opportunities for:
Accounts Payable Administrators
Vendor Administrators
Both positions are key to supporting our stores and vendor partners, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant processes that keep operations running smoothly.
Accounts Payable Administrator
Process invoices accurately and efficiently through the workflow system.
Manage assigned stores and queues independently.
Verify, enter, and correct invoice attributes as needed.
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments and expense allocations.
Resolve payment disputes and incorrect allocations to maintain purchasing continuity.
Track “Vital Services” invoices to avoid service interruptions.
Provide responsive customer service to stores and vendors.
Communicate process issues, proposed solutions, and improvements with leadership.
Vendor Administrator
Build new vendor profiles and deactivate non-compliant vendors in the vendor master file.
Collect and verify vendor data, including certificates of insurance.
Ensure vendor compliance with company policies and established controls.
Conduct audits and create monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reports.
Process 1099s at year-end.
Recommend improvements to vendor management processes.
Provide support and guidance to stores regarding vendor requirements.
1–2 years of accounts payable, vendor administration, or related experience (high volume processing)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer service oriented with strong relationship skills
Problem solver, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team
