OVERVIEW:
We are continuing to grow our team and are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results-driven Group Benefit Plan Administrator to join our Group Benefit Plan Administration team.
Under the direction of the Team Manager, this career minded individual will be responsible for building group benefit plans in accordance with contractual specifications for Pharmacy, Dental, and Health lines of benefit and assisting in day to day on-boarding/revising of group plans while specializing in building in Blue Express, POS, and Ben Plan systems - ensuring accurate and timely service for our group, individual products and government customers.
The successful candidate must have exemplary interpersonal skills, positive attitude and work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to exceptional client services.
