Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Customer Success Coordinator or Specialist to provide part-time design and customer support, with immediate start availability for the right candidate. This role combines light design work with professional customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys layout design and clear communication. You’ll help create customer proofs, handle email inquiries, and support our internal design library and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and update customer design proofs using Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva (use existing templates to adjust layouts, insert logos, and align design elements)
Provide price quotes and process reorder requests via email
Track and manage proof approvals, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients
Secondary Responsibilities:
Organize and tag templates in our Microsoft Publisher library
Assist in creating layouts and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
Support internal design requests as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and/or Microsoft Publisher (Canva experience also acceptable)
A strong eye for layout, spacing, image manipulation, and clean design
Able to align text and margins, layer logos, and remove backgrounds
Prior customer service experience, particularly via email
Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and adapt to varying workloads
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Canva or other drag-and-drop design platforms
Experience working on email marketing designs or creating visual assets for digital campaigns
Background in roles that combine customer service with light creative/design work
Previous remote work experience with the ability to self-manage and stay organized
