Role Overview
Our Graphic Designers are instrumental in shaping the visual identity of Gameday Social across a wide range of platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can not only generate fresh ideas but also execute them from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Garment Design
Creating original and compelling designs for various apparel and merchandise, ensuring alignment with current trends and Gameday Social's brand aesthetic.
- Marketing Material Development
Designing impactful marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials for both print and digital use.
- Digital Platform Design
Developing engaging visual content for our websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces to enhance user experience and brand presence.
- Social Media Content Creation
Producing eye-catching graphics, animations, and visual assets optimized for various social media platforms to drive engagement and expand our reach.
- Brand Consistency
Ensuring all designs consistently adhere to Gameday Social's brand guidelines, voice, and visual standards.
- Creative Conception & Execution
Brainstorming and developing innovative design concepts, and then meticulously executing them through to high-quality, production-ready files.
- Collaboration
Working closely with the Design team to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Asset Management
Organizing and maintaining a well-structured library of design assets.
- Trend Awareness
Staying current with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually elevate Gameday Social's visual output.
Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience - Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in digital and print mediums. Experience with garment design is a significant plus.
Software Proficiency - Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Creativity & Innovation - Demonstrated ability to generate original, compelling, and effective design solutions.
Attention to Detail - Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design and production.
Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
