As we scale, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who specializes in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad creatives. If you have a strong eye for design, a love for performance marketing, and experience creating engaging visuals that resonate with parents and caregivers—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting Meta ads (static and light motion) specifically for children’s vitamins and health products.
- Collaborate with our marketing team and copywriters to turn ideas into compelling ad visuals.
- Execute A/B tests and optimize creative assets based on performance metrics like CTR and ROAS.
- Ensure consistent branding across all visual assets and marketing channels.
- Create simple motion graphics (e.g., animated text, transitions) to enhance ad performance.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Strong portfolio of Meta ad creatives—bonus if you’ve worked with DTC, wellness, or children’s brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Familiarity with key ad KPIs and how to iterate designs based on data.
- Sharp visual instincts—typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable working remotely during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness via Slack and Zoom.
