Note: Partly is headquartered in London, with a Product and Engineering base in Christchurch (NZ), and an early presence in San Francisco. We have an office-first culture, so this role would be primarily based at our Fora Central Street HQ in Clerkenwell.
Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future where waste is eliminated and all replacement parts are universally searchable, accessible and available to all.
Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we utilise cutting-edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We're a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.
We provide a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and the most exciting startups. Partly's solutions are integrated across hundreds of companies globally, providing the backbone for cataloguing and managing parts online.
Our investors in Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), Square Peg, Octopus Ventures, Hillfarrance, Icehouse, Peter Beck (Rocket Lab), Akshay Kothari (Notion Co-Founder) and Dylan Field (Figma Co-Founder).
We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.
As a Growth & Analytics Associate at Partly, youâll help build the future of our platform in the UK and across Europe. Reporting to the GM of the UK, youâll take real ownership across our flagship products for Suppliers and Repairers â with a particular focus on turning raw data into actionable insights.
This is not a back-office role. Youâll be on the front lines with customers and in the data, spotting patterns, building dashboards, and creating reporting that helps us make faster, better decisions. Youâll work directly with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve how we onboard, support, and grow key customers â and measure every step of the way.
Weâre looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and can turn spreadsheets or SQL queries into stories that drive action. If you want to learn how to build and scale a business from inside one of Europeâs fastest-growing Series A/B-stage startups (and arenât afraid to roll up your sleeves), this is for you.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, possibly from a tech startup, consulting, operations, or data analyst role, and is excited to own both execution and insight generation.
Help Customers Win by providing direct support across all channels, including onsite visits, ensuring they get the most out of Partly products and troubleshooting issues.
Own Analytics & Reporting by building and maintaining dashboards (e.g., in SQL, Looker, Tableau) to track supplier and repairer engagement, onboarding progress, and key growth metrics.
Surface Feedback and Communicate Insights from suppliers and repairers, combining qualitative feedback with quantitative trends to influence the product roadmap.
Spot Patterns and Opportunities in operational data â from conversion rates to support tickets â and turn these into clear recommendations.
Collaborate Across Teams by working closely with the UK GM and cross-functional leads, ensuring a consistent customer experience and shared understanding of performance metrics.
Contribute to Self-Service Resources by improving documentation, help centre articles, onboarding guides, and internal playbooks to reduce friction and scale support.
Analytically strong: Comfortable working with data, writing queries (SQL or similar), and building clear, insightful dashboards. You know how to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Organised and detail-oriented: Able to track and follow through on multiple priorities without losing sight of accuracy or deadlines.
Customer-focused communicator: You can explain insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Tech-savvy: Confident learning new tools, integrating data sources, and understanding digital workflows.
Proactive problem-solver: You spot inefficiencies, test hypotheses, and implement improvements without waiting to be told.
Collaborative and cross-functional: You can bridge the gap between customers, operations, and product/engineering teams.
