HR INTERN:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resource team as a Level 1 Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR efforts by supporting the needs of our employees, and working in the HRIS system, providing administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the HR department.
Responsibilities:

  1. Admin Support:
    • Supporting the HR department on benefits, promotions, and day to day operations
    • Support employees with day-to-day questions and provide support where needed
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Ability to be confidential with all issues within the HR department
    • Prepare reports and documents related to HR and or recruitment activities as needed
  3. Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and assistance throughout the recruitment process
    • Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information
  4. Collaborative Partnership:
    • Work closely with HR Manager and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
    • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve onboarding, and a seamless transition for new hires into Insperity

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, emails, social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
