Role Overview:

As the Lead Creative Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller and brand champion for Thrill.com. You'll be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and assets that capture the excitement of our crypto casino platform and attract a global audience. You will also mentor and lead others in the same endeavor.

Your passion for design, deep understanding of marketing principles, and leadership skills will be essential in establishing Thrill.com as a leading brand in the iGaming space.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity:

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of Thrill.com's brand strategy and visual identity.

  • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Support other brand related efforts (e.g.: employer branding).

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Conceptualise and design eye-catching marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).

  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor designs to their preferences.

  • Create a variety of marketing assets, including social media graphics, banners, landing pages, email templates, and presentations.

Project Leadership:

  • Independently lead design projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Effectively manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Oversee less experienced designers to ensure they can contribute effectively and grow in their roles.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency between user interfaces, game assets and marketing materials.

Performance Analysis & Optimisation:

  • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and marketing best practices in the iGaming industry.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful marketing campaigns and brand assets.

  • Experience leading other designers.

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines.

  • A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in the digital space.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the iGaming landscape.

Significant Advantage:

  • Experience in the iGaming or crypto gaming industry.

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
