About This Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to manage our digital marketing efforts and support our marketing and sales teams. This independent contractor role will focus on paid media optimization, social media management, and marketing automation to drive qualified leads from the MSP community.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets, and optimize for lead quality and cost efficiency

Social Media Management

  • Manage ZeroTek's presence across LinkedIn and Meta platforms
  • Create and schedule content that resonates with MSP audiences
  • Engage with industry conversations and build relationships in MSP communities

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Execute email marketing campaigns targeting MSP prospects and existing partners
  • Manage newsletter creation and distribution to our MSP community
  • Build and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences

Website & Landing Page Management

  • Coordinate website updates and landing page optimizations
  • Ensure landing pages align with paid campaigns and conversion goals
  • Implement basic SEO best practices and track page performance

Sales Support & Community Engagement

  • Support creation of sales enablement materials and MSP-focused resources
  • Participate in MSP forums and online communities to build brand awareness
  • Identify and engage with MSP influencers and industry leaders



Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on paid media management
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
  • Social media management experience, particularly LinkedIn for B2B audiences
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • WordPress experience for website updates and landing page management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
  • Experience with B2B email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to IT professionals or MSPs strongly preferred
  • Previous experience managing paid media budgets
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Familiarity with MSP communities, forums, and industry publications
  • Experience with lead scoring and CRM integration
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modeling
