THE POSITION

The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive lead generation, engagement, and event attendance.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple marketing initiatives, and enjoys working collaboratively to execute high-impact campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop & Oversee Marketing Strategy – Ensure all marketing efforts align with company goals and brand vision.

  • Track & Analyze KPIs – Monitor marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Manage Lead Generation – Implement strategies to attract and convert new clients.

  • Execute Campaigns – Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

  • Drive Social Media & Email Marketing – Work with the team to grow online engagement and brand awareness.

  • Event Marketing & Promotion – Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for internal and external events.

  • Website Management – Ensure the website is optimized for performance, engagement, and lead conversion.

  • Oversee Internal Events – Manage marketing and execution for webinars and company-hosted events to maximize attendance and impact.

  • Collaborative & Proactive – Works well in a team environment and takes initiative.
