The Network Administrator – Infrastructure position reports to the Supervisor of Networking and Telecommunications. This position is responsible for development of network designs that meet or exceed the technical requirements put forth by various campus IT initiatives. This position at times also collaborates with IT contractors to design and approve network designs for new large scale deployments. As a member of the networking team, he or she also assists in managing, monitoring, making performance improvement recommendations and troubleshooting mission critical data and telephone systems across campus.
