- Design & Technical Execution
- Lead the creation of packaging, digital assets, product visuals, and layered artwork for print and digital use.
- Develop original, on-brand graphics and 3D renderings for product packaging and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy along with lifestyle images using AI-generated imagery, photography, digital composition or other advanced graphic design methods.
- Create immersive and aspirational lifestyle imagery, bringing a sense of modern style and a lifestyle-driven approach to all visual outputs, current product offerings target female perspective.
- Translate CAD files and technical drawings from factories into compelling graphic assets and final packaging layouts.
- Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables.
- Manage and organize layered artwork, digital assets, and files for both in-house use and external vendors.
- Prepare detailed specs, tech packs, and presentation materials for production, collaborating closely with cross functional teams.
- Collaboration & Brand Stewardship
- Work with brand managers, purchasing, marketing, and product teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and key messages.
- Participate in design reviews and present concepts with confidence and clarity.
- Maintain brand guidelines, help evolve our visual identity, and champion high standards of creative execution.
- Innovation & Process Improvement
- Stay current with design and 3D trends.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows.
