Senior Graphic Designer (Remote - India)

The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping visual experiences across digital and print channels, translating strategic objectives into compelling design solutions. You will lead creative projects, manage multiple priorities, and maintain brand consistency while fostering innovation and mentoring junior designers. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact visual communications. This role requires a mix of conceptual thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of modern design trends and tools. Your contributions will directly influence the visual identity and perception of the organization.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute design strategies that align with business and brand goals across all channels.
• Lead concept development and deliver high-quality design work for branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, presentations, and other creative materials.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to visual guidelines and brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, supporting professional growth and skill development.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure creative work remains fresh and relevant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, strategic thinking, and execution across multiple formats.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead projects, provide creative direction, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, layout, typography, and brand development.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, web design, or basic HTML.
• Legal authorization to live and work in India without sponsorship.
