Position Summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the US, is seeking a TMW Systems Administrator with Fleet Maintenance System experience to join our growing team! 

 

Location: Remote or Charlotte, NC

 

Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay- Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $80,000-100,000, depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, develop, and support efficient business and operations systems in support of core fleet maintenance organizational functions and business processes.
  • Gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.
  • Prepares documentation by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Effectively communicate complete reports with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
  • System implementation set up. To include customer, mileage import, fleet list and inventory.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for all systems and processes, and other post-implementation support.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  • Provide systems Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to hundreds of users
  • Train end users for fleet maintenance systems and processes.
  • Champions and actions TMW enhancement requests in a timely manner
  • Partner with the other IT functions to ensure enhancements are all properly integrated and tested
  • Issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Implement exception reporting to ensure data quality & pricing
  • Ensure timely and complete data uploads
  • Document processes
  • Will have a direct reporting relationship to the TMW Support Director and with a dotted line to the business area that this role supports

Key Competencies and Minimum Education

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible, related experience.
  • Reporting and data extraction
  • System Software training experience.
  • Problem and issue resolution
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and work within deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; managing communications among clients (mechanics, parts persons and managers), IT developers and the end users.
  • Knowledge/understanding of vehicle maintenance is desired.
  • Experience with TMW Fleet Maintenance system is desired
  • Ability to transform a business need into a visual representation.
  • Capable of auditing and reconciling data for accuracy and consistency.
