This is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints, and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Develop user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
- 3 years experience & current portfolio of work.
