Job Title: BRAND & MARKETING COORDINATOR

The Brand & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Seattle Credit Union’s strategic marketing initiatives across digital, print, email, social media, and event channels. This position is responsible for coordinating campaign timelines, developing content, and ensuring brand and compliance alignment across all materials.
Acting as a central liaison between marketing, product, sales, and compliance teams, the Brand & Marketing Coordinator helps drive member engagement, promote products and services, and enhance the overall member experience. This hybrid role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, social media, events) to promote products and services.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to build tools and language to support marketing strategy
- Develop, edit, and curate content for marketing materials
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance requirements for the financial industry.
- Facilitate website updates and social media posts to align with marketing objectives.
- Consistently meet project deadlines to ensure strong outcomes and support for member needs.
- Demonstrate initiative and independence in identifying project requirements and solving complex challenges.
- Contribute to team success by offering thoughtful recommendations, feedback, and improvements to enhance both collaborative and individual projects.
- Apply sound decision-making skills to drive progress and deliver optimal results.
- Ability to summarize results, outcomes, and analyze future improvements in monthly reports.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, product, sales, and compliance teams.
- Ensure clear communication of marketing initiatives and timelines across the organization.
- Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Basic Qualifications:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience.
- Four (4)+ years’ experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
- Structured, organized and process orientated
- CMS system knowledge
- Consistently meets deadlines and project deliverables within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates commitment to SCU Values.
- Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with all levels of teammates across the organization.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field
- Experience with Hubspot
- Experience with Formstack
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid role with work performed remotely as well as in an office and/or branch environment in the Greater Seattle area of Washington State.
- Team members may attend special off-hour meetings and seminars.
- The nature of work may include prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
