We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to ensure that our customers are successful in using our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Python, data science and machine learning. You will also have experience working in a customer-facing role.
You will:
- Provide technical support to customers
- Train customers on how to use our products
- Consult with customers on how to improve their results
- Identify and resolve customer issues
You have:
- 4 years of experience in a technical consulting capacity
- 2+ years of experience in the data science domain
- Strong understanding of Python, data science, and machine learning
- Experience with AI/ML projects
