Responsibilities include:

• Support event logistics, including setup, guest management, on-site coordination, and teardown
• Communicate with clients to understand objectives, share updates, and address questions
• Work with internal teams (creative, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to meet timelines and requirements
• Manage on-site event flow, guest check-in, and address real-time challenges
• Collect and organize post-event feedback and performance data
• Use insights and analytics to help optimize future marketing strategies
