Arcetyp LLC is looking for a GovCon Contracts Administrator. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support a growing portfolio of federal government contracts. This will be a remote position but may require some visits to the client site in Herndon VA monthly.


POSITION TASKS / DUTIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract administration throughout the full contract lifecycle from proposal development and contract award to modifications, performance oversight, and closeout. 
  • RFP Review for Contract Clauses and Compliance.
  • Contract Mods Reviews/Processing (GSA, other IDIQs and standalone contracts).
  • Review contracts compliance for FAR requirements and DFARS.
  • SCA Equitable Adjustments.
  • Teaming Agreements as prime or subcontractor.
  • Subcontractor Agreements as prime or subcontractor.
  • Direct support to the team executives.
  • Mentor more junior contracts administrator.
  • Interface with corporate legal and other internal contacts.



POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing and interpreting solicitations and contract terms and conditions.
  • Preparing, negotiating, and tracking NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintaining organized contract files and accurate data in contract management systems.
  • Monitoring deliverables, funding, period of performance, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinating with program managers, finance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance and performance.
  •  Supporting audits and data calls as required.
  • The ideal candidate will have

    • The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
