Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to design and sell custom bathroom remodeling solutions. Minimum of two years of in-home sales experience is required. No cold calling—appointments are pre-set and confirmed.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $48,000
• Uncapped commission + tiered bonuses
• Fuel reimbursement

• Top performers earn $120K–$200K+ in their first year (90% of reps earned over $160K in 2024)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling designs
• Build trust and relationships with customers
• Use design and presentation software (training provided)
• Follow Re-Bath’s proven sales process and company standards
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of in-home sales experience
• Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable meeting clients in their homes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new tools
• Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

This is a full-time W-2 employee position (not 1099).
