About the role
MyHealthTeam is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Associate Manager to help drive user engagement through high-impact, data-driven marketing campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their lifecycle marketing expertise, build technical and analytical skills, and make a measurable impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
What you'll do

- Build and refine automated customer segment journeys that drive engagement and retention.
- Create and optimize templates for email, SMS, and push notifications with a focus on personalization and brand consistency.
- Perform rigorous QA testing for campaigns and act as a secondary QA reviewer for other content channels.
- Maintain and track a daily campaign deployment schedule to ensure timely execution.
- Develop and automate segmentation strategies to improve targeting and campaign performance.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics (unique opens, clicks, click-through rates, and site sessions).
- Track campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor email deliverability and sender reputation, addressing any issues to maintain strong inbox placement.
- Partner cross-functionally with the Content, Product, and Data teams to align messaging and strategic goals.

- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
