We are seeking to hire a dynamic and highly organized Marketing & Event Manager to drive our brand forward through strategic marketing campaigns and high-impact events. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Business Development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, content).
  • Leverage HubSpot for automation, segmentation, performance tracking, Dashboards
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including coordination and follow-up.
  • Align campaign goals with Sales and Partnerships teams.
  • Create and manage branded content for campaigns and events.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and secure sponsorships.
  • Track KPIs and report on lead generation, engagement, and ROI.
  • Manage and reconcile marketing and event budgets.
  • Managing Marketing Communications Internally and Externally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in marketing and event management (B2B or B2C).
  • Firsthand experience with HubSpot marketing automation and reporting.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Eventbrite, Click Up
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong diligence to detail.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10–25%).

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry experience (e.g., renewable energy, SaaS).
  • Advanced HubSpot skills including sales-marketing alignment.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, and presentations
  • Experience managing hybrid or virtual events.
