Marketing Coordinator
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a versatile marketer who will be responsible for communicating with clients, working with strategy experts, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our client brand's identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with marketing, project management, client interface, and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising campaigns. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Meet bi-weekly/monthly with clients to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Ensure marketing campaigns between the client and Lemon Seed team are implemented and carried out effectively
- Build relationships with Lemon Seed Marketing’s clients
- Oversee and facilitate marketing material, from website banners, billboards, etc
- Collaborate with Strategist and Lemon Seed team to create a uniform campaigns and messaging across multiple platforms and media
- Track results from past projects to instruct their team on any pain points or successes
- Ensure clients are happy and satisfied with the organization’s results
- Accountable for keeping deadlines on track and identifying in a timely manner any factors that adversely affect them.
- Deliver the end result of projects to the client.
- Communicate client feedback to their team to produce a client-approved result.
- Ensure information is delivered effectively to team members within the FunctionPoint CRM system.
- Ensure information is accurate and up-to-date within each client’s portal and FunctionPoint CRM.
- Stay up-to-date on all training and resources provided by LSM.
- Assist clients with creative ideas for campaigns recommended by their designated strategist
- Communicate with strategist for any obstacles the client has expressed while implementing strategist’s recommendations
- Create monthly billing projects in Function Point CRM
- Create audit projects in Function Point CRM
- Create Sync folder in current clients and in client access
- Request and verify logins/access
KPI’s:
- Provide creative recommendations to the clients
- Satisfactory work performance - no write ups in the past 6 months
- No more than 1 client rescheduling per month unless requested by the client
- Provide examples of problem-solving
- Identify holes in the processes and created or implemented solutions
- Prevent loss of LSM revenue through extraordinary client satisfaction
- Communicate areas of process improvement to leadership team
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, advertising and measurement
Job Requirements:
- Must reside in the state of Texas
- Proven excellence in communication, organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field OR 2 years in a related field of work experience can substitute for education
- Ability to travel for on-site training/conferences up to 3 times per year (3-4 day stay)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and the use of technology
- Understanding of project management software/CRMs
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Effective communication
- Proficient with Apple products
- Proficient with Google platform
Job Type: Full-time
- Salary- 40,000-45,000 DOE
- Paid vacation after 90 days, birthday PTO, and full health/dental/vision insurance
