What you'll get to do:

This internship is designed for someone who is eager to explore the world of digital marketing within a fast-paced, purpose-driven team. You’ll support our marketing department with tactical execution while learning the fundamentals of marketing operations, brand visibility, and campaign coordination. Ideal for a student or recent grad looking to build hands-on experience in a real-world marketing environment.

Marketing Intern Key Responsibilities:

  • Support email marketing campaigns.
Assist with the setup, testing, scheduling, and editing of email marketing sends in our marketing platform. You'll work with existing templates and copy, ensuring content is accurate, links are functioning, and timing aligns with the campaign calendar.
  • Repurpose content across channels.
Take existing long-form or foundational content (webinars, blog posts, emails) and turn it into shorter assets for use on social media, in email snippets, or on the blog. This includes writing social captions, selecting visuals, and aligning with brand voice.
  • Design and update marketing assets.
Use Canva to create or adjust graphics for social posts, ads, internal presentations, or email content. You’ll work within our existing templates and help maintain visual brand consistency across materials.
  • Support data accuracy and list management.
Help with lead segmentation projects and light CRM data entry. This includes organizing contacts, tagging, and assisting with list cleanup to support more targeted marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to campaign execution and tracking.
Support campaign prep by organizing materials, scheduling deliverables, and helping monitor progress across platforms. After campaigns run, assist with gathering basic metrics to identify what performed well and where we can improve.
  • Join team meetings and contribute creatively.
Attend marketing huddles and working sessions to learn how ideas turn into campaigns. You’ll be encouraged to share your input and suggest new content, trends to explore, or creative improvements to test.
