What is your role?
Eleventh Hour Games is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the continued success of Last Epoch and future titles. As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, guiding day-to-day operations, executing paid media strategy, and collaborating across departments to ensure our seasonal releases and campaigns reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Marketing Team, including direct mentorship of individual contributors (ICs)
- Oversee marketing task planning and progress using ClickUp
- Manage social media and paid ad campaigns from planning through execution and post-launch reporting
- Collaborate with the Publishing Lead on go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execute aligned marketing initiatives
- Act as a cross-functional bridge between marketing, community, design, and other teams during seasonal product launches
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience leading marketing teams (minimum 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Google services (Gmail, GCal, Google Docs)
- Experience with Slack for team communication and collaboration
- High organizational skills and comfort with project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
