Marketing Specialist for an Intimacy Retail Store in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

Shopify & eCommerce

• Upload new products, manage collections, and keep the site fresh

• Maintain and troubleshoot Shopify apps to improve the shopping experience

• Write product descriptions and content optimised for SEO

• Research and implement new Shopify extensions and tools to boost conversions

• Manage front end uploads and small design changes

 

• Manage loyalty program updates and promotions

Design & Creative

• Create engaging Canva graphics for social media (static, video, carousel, story formats)

• Design promotional EDM assets including headers, banners, and GIFs

• Develop print-ready artwork for in-store signage, flyers, and packaging inserts

• Support web and digital asset creation – homepage banners, website tiles, pop-ups

• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and platforms

• Adapt and resize creative for different formats and channels

• Collaborate with marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually

Email Marketing & CRM

• Create and schedule engaging email campaigns in Klaviyo

• Create engaging graphics for emails on Canva

• Set up automated email flows to enhance the customer journey

• Manage SMS campaigns and flows

• Manage and segment the email database as required to optimise engagement

• Create lists and segments to create the best possible experience

Reporting & Analytics

• Provide monthly reports on social media, email campaigns, and website performance

• Analyse site traffic, eCommerce sales, and customer behaviour using Google Analytics

• Use insights to refine strategies and improve results

Amazon Supplier Setup and maintenance

• Support the setup of Amazon Seller Central and contribute to the development of an Amazon sales strategy

• Creating email flows for existing and potential customers

• Manage amazon platform

Social Media & Influencer Outreach

• Create engaging graphics for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook on Canva

• Schedule and optimise posts for maximum engagement

• Work with influencers and brand partners to expand our reach where require

• Manage Affiliate marketing App within Shopify
