JOB SUMMARY: 

As the Member Growth Marketing Manager you’ll inspire, educate and activate women, men & families to access world-class primary care and so much more. This role will play a critical role in our next phase of growth leading enrollment strategies for some of our biggest clients and helping thousands on their path to better health. This role will report to the Director of Marketing.

As Member Growth Marketing Manager at PeopleOne Health, you will:

  • Own enrollment success for key employer accounts, developing and executing integrated marketing and press strategies that educate, build trust, and drive member action
  • Serve as a strategic storyteller—translating our value proposition into messaging that resonates 
  • Build and scale marketing packages by customer segment, working cross-functionally to drive industry-leading enrollment rates with speed and precision maximizing enrollment channels
  • Partner with internal and external teams to identify earned media opportunities and community engagement moments that raise awareness and credibility through trusted local channels
  • Craft launch and ongoing employer campaigns with both marketing and community activations in mind—leveraging testimonials, local media outreach, and thought leadership content
  • Analyze the impact of both direct response campaigns and earned media on enrollment, iterating on what works
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success to support cross-sell, upsell, and public-facing partnership efforts
  • Contribute to brand reputation-building in new markets through localized marketing and press that positions PeopleOne Health as a trusted partner
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal evangelist for member acquisition and communications strategy
  • Travel: Approximately 10% local travel within Florida is required
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-7+ years of experience in a client marketing or communications role, ideally at a B2B2C company with direct client-facing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns that create customer champions and build brand trust
  • Experience in health benefits, wellness, or healthcare communications
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for member-facing and public communications
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to turn research and behavioral insights into effective marketing and enrollment strategies
  • Results-driven, with a high degree of ownership and accountability for meeting goals
  • Florida residency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot, Iterable, Canva, Monday.com, or similar tools
  • Healthcare experience
  • Start-up experience
