The AP South Marketing Manager is a strategic and execution-focused marketing leader responsible for driving RSA’s go-to-market strategy and pipeline growth across Asia Pacific South. This role combines high-level planning with hands-on delivery—executing field and channel programs that generate measurable business impact.
As a senior individual contributor, you will own the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing programs that accelerate sales, strengthen channel relationships, and increase RSA’s market presence. You will work closely with regional Sales and Channel leadership to ensure marketing activities are tightly aligned to business priorities, while taking full accountability for budget allocation, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and Co-op investment to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Field Marketing Leadership
- Partner with AP Sales leaders to develop integrated marketing plans that align with business goals across priority markets.
- Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable field campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue.
- Own the full lifecycle of marketing program execution—from concept through delivery—across events, ABM, digital, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring flawless delivery of programs in-market.
Channel & Partner Marketing Excellence
- Develop and execute channel-first marketing programs that drive partner-led pipeline and strengthen RSA’s position in the AP partner ecosystem.
- Manage partner marketing budgets, including Market Development Funds (MDF) and Co-op, ensuring investments deliver measurable returns.
- Build joint value propositions, campaign assets, and enablement materials that empower partners to sell effectively.
- Track and optimize the performance of partner-led campaigns, events, and initiatives.
Budget Ownership & ROI Management
- Own the AP field and channel marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of funds across markets, verticals, and partner programs.
- Manage and report on MDF and Co-op usage, demonstrating accountability for ROI and compliance.
- Regularly review program performance, re-allocating resources to the most effective activities.
Demand Generation & ABM
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that leverage ABM, events, and digital channels to engage high-value accounts.
- Use platforms like 6Sense, Pardot, and Salesforce to track campaign performance and optimize for pipeline contribution.
- Ensure rapid and effective lead management processes between marketing, SDRs, and sales teams.
Event Strategy & Execution
- Lead the planning and delivery of field and virtual events—both RSA-led and partner-led—that increase brand visibility and generate qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and partners to select the right events for each market and audience segment.
- Measure event ROI and incorporate insights into future planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, with proven success in APJ markets.
- Strong track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of field and channel marketing programs.
