Zonda is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to directly support the Building Product Sales Team, playing a critical part in the coordination and execution of key initiatives for some of our most valuable clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency. 

 

You’ll be a critically important element in our sales process working with our sales representatives to align our client’s marketing goals with our media, data, and event products. This will entail managing client proposals, contracting, and communications to help ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Provide direct day-to-day support to the Building Product Sales Team.
  • Prepare and manage client-facing documents including proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other reporting systems as needed (e.g. buying signals database)
  • Work closely with sales leaders to update the media kits, audience statements, and all other client-facing presentations and/or templates hosted within Showpad.
  • Verify inventory and availability of media placements, sponsorships, and data products 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, marketing, legal, and product) to ensure proposal ideas are executable and any custom elements are fully considered and approved. 
  • Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries related to strategic account operations
  • Contribute to overall process improvement by identifying areas for increased efficiency

 

WHO YOU ARE: 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, client services, or project coordination
  • Experience supporting high-level sales leaders or managing complex accounts is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident communicator—able to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and other online databases (e.g. Showpad, Microsoft Access)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
  • Experience working in media, advertising, or building product industries is a plus
