Responsibilities:Operations
- Assist in creation of slide deck for sales.
- Provide marketing support including, but not limited to: making reservations, preparing marketing materials, report creation, exhibit preparation, and physician seminar preparation including power point presentations.
- Assist and communicate with clients as directed by Sales, or as necessary, regarding medical records, films, cover letters, sample reports/CVs, turnaround time, fees, phone conference reports etc.
- Coordinate as needed with the Scheduling Department to determine appropriate physician selection.
- Troubleshoot scheduling concerns.
- Communicate with physicians as needed, or as directed, to determine case suitability.
- Serve as primary back up Sales contact as needed.
- Manage process for CLE’s and CEU’s as needed.
- Annually update state license application for Integrity
- Assist in AR collections from clients
- Back up scheduling and sending reports to clients
- Back up to follow up dictation of reports from physicians
Contracted Clients
- Track and perform any and all follow up to ensure compliance with special service instructions.
- Document clients system regarding service level agreement requirements and convey appropriate action plans.
- Review and research quarterly reports. Investigate and document service level deficiencies and create, document, and implement appropriate action plan(s).
- Communicate service level issues regarding physicians to Sales and Marketing Manager and or President.
Account management
- Knowledge of account plans to identify actions, special service instructions for each client and communicate them to scheduling.
- Assist marketing with client relationship; act as liaison between the client and internal staff to ensure timely, accurate communication
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Assist marketing on educational seminars for clients.
Administration
- Provide updates for weekly sales meetings.
- Maintain proficiency with company computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Set up various outstate physician marketing functions as requested.
- Must possess a spoken understanding of URAC accreditation elements relevant to the position, and actively practice and apply such standards as outlined in company policies and procedures. Mandatory participation in URAC training programs relative to the position. Participation in established and future designated URAC committees may be required per company policy.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least three years of experience in the insurance, legal or healthcare industry. Sales experience preferred.
