Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Semi-Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating impactful digital products with a user-centric mindset.

Main responsibilities and duties
- Lead end-to-end design process, from discovery to handoff, ensuring optimal user experiences.
- Create journey maps, user flows, and scenarios.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Apply existing design principles and patterns when developing solutions.
- Plan and facilitate design sessions, iterating on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
- Identify opportunities and contribute to the product's evolution, balancing user experience with business goals.
- Effectively present and advocate design concepts to product owners and stakeholders.
Qualifications and skills
- Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related fields.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and web-based information architecture.
- Experience working with clients on creative projects, meeting deadlines, and efficiently reporting progress.
- Collaborative and team-oriented skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with experience working within established design systems and creating new ones.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with no-code platforms like Webflow.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
