Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on marketing executive with a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of marketing in B2B and B2C channels with extensive experience in the consumer product goods (CPG) sector. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of the professional photographic industry, and a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and executional excellence.
Build and execute marketing strategies that leverage data analytics, AI and automation to improve customer acquisition, personalization, and campaign performance.
Deeply understand the needs of professional photographers and studios to create resonant messaging and targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Oversee go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and integrated campaign execution.
Partner with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and market demands.
Expand reach into new verticals and customer segments through innovative digital, content, and experiential marketing.
Direct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and oversee annual marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure ROI.
Guide internal and external communications to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand voice across all channels.
Optimize the customer journey across online and offline touchpoints, through PR, SEO/SEM.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in consumer goods marketing, including global retail and eCommerce channels.
Minimum 5 years of direct team management with a focus on performance, innovation, and accountability.
Strong knowledge of AI tools, marketing tech stack and strategies for digital marketing, customer segmentation, and campaign automation.
Demonstrated experience in the professional photography or imaging technology industries is essential.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives that deliver measurable results.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working with marketing platforms such as Hubspot/Zoho, Meta, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WooCommerce, and social media advertising tools.
