Responsibilities

  • Manage team members, including selection, training, coaching, performance evaluation, assignment of projects and deadlines, and scheduling
  • Develop, implement, and administer all departmental policies and procedures, budgets, trainings, and guidelines
  • Administer and manage all Players Club Reward Center and group sales efforts and operations
  • Strategically plan, implement, and review all promotional activities and marketing events using data, analytics, and creative thinking
  • Establish metrics and goals for the department and report regularly to leadership
  • Serve as a company representative within local businesses, community organizations, and tourism agencies

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in casino marketing at a large-scale property within a competitive market
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel guest engagement, loyalty strategies, and data-driven decision making
  • Skilled in navigating regulatory requirements, property performance metrics, and cross-functional partnerships
  • Strong, humble leadership style—able to build accountable teams while mentoring and refining talent
  • Attuned to regional nuance and messaging that resonates with our market and guest base
  • Experience in competitive Regional Markets
  • High energy, not afraid to be bold and take calculated risks to grow the business
