Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
Salary: USD $1,000–$1,300 per month, depending on experience

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Microvellum Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Microvellum in a joinery or cabinetry setting. You’ll work closely with the Director and project team to translate detailed shop drawings into accurate production documentation and CNC-ready files.

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Microvellum Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Microvellum in a joinery or cabinetry setting. You’ll work closely with the Director and project team to translate detailed shop drawings into accurate production documentation and CNC-ready files.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert detailed shop drawings into Microvellum engineering files
- Create CNC programs, cut lists, hardware schedules, and machining data
- Maintain design intent while supporting the production team
- Collaborate remotely with the Director and Project Managers
- Apply your deep knowledge of joinery construction to deliver accurate outputs
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using Microvellum in cabinetry or joinery
- Background in cabinetry, furniture, or joinery production
- Deep understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and process efficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a dependable remote work setup
- Proficiency in Microvellum
- CNC programming
- Interpreting and working from shop drawings
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
- Joinery or cabinetry engineering
- Producing documentation such as cut lists, machining data, and hardware schedules
- Long-term remote role with a respected Australian manufacturer
- Direct collaboration with the company Director for quick, clear direction
- Small team environment where you’ll have real ownership of your work
