About the role
Galileo is seeking an organized Product Marketer who is passionate about the AI space and excited to build relationships with Galileo's sales team, partners, and customers. Reporting to the CMO, the person will run launches, customer marketing, and partner marketing, with a heavy influence on strategy and positioning. They will meet with Galileo customers to develop customer case studies and other testimonials.They will prioritize key AI ecosystem partners, building relationships and content to promote joint marketing. They will also provide support for deals, campaigns, and sales training.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop messaging, value propositions, and compelling content for our website, pitch decks, webinars, blog, and campaign assets.
- Create a new program for partner marketing, working with select strategic partners to list on marketplaces, advance through partner programs, and to empower partner reps with compelling "better together" pitches so we can sell together.
- Build a customer marketing program, fostering relationships with Galileo's customer champions to produce case studies and testimonials.
- Create and present curriculum for sales training, including demos and win stories.
- Support deals on their way toward wins, and synthesize feedback from customers and AEs about product features and messaging.
- Become an expert on how teams are building GenAI applications, learning the ecosystem of tools and products with which Galileo connects.
- Measure and report on program status and metrics, aligning stakeholders and keeping executives up to date.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise software marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication, with compelling examples that demonstrate attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively and persuasively with external parties
- Creative problem solver who generates out-of-the-box ideas
- Strong project manager with attention to detail and project communication
- Strong technical background and ability to distill complex concepts. Familiar with code and the software development lifecycle.
- Well-versed in enterprise selling, able to guide reps on messaging to different personas and addressing customer objections.
- Ability to work collaboratively and get stuff done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-have
- College degree in a technical major
- MBA degree
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and its tools
- Some proficiency with Python, Typescript, or other programming language
